This shortage among graduate students may be a result of insufficient focus on the implications of research in our undergraduate curricula. Education the format focuses on the acquisition of theoretical knowledge and its application in the clinical field need. On the contrary, a learning process begins with the patient's problem and trying to find answers in solving this problem will constantly engage students in asking related questions. Hence the people doing research (researchers) come out clinical sometimes useful knowledge and people using research (doctors) can be encountered. It has problems (research question) for which no answers were found.

Personal writing research is an inseparable part of our profession because we are always there engage search. Having said that, it is important for us to identify the good and the beneficial Search by critical evaluation of research articles.
